  1. she didn’t say it but its important: you must soak your nuts and seeds for few hours/days befroe consuming (how much depends on what type of nuts or seeds). and better to not eat more then 1-3 types of nuts/seeds a day. better also to put them off for a day or two every week. i’d try goats milk, high quality meat (in very low quantities) and see how it works but generally, better just stay away from dairy and meat.
